Automatic 0-90° welding positioner characteristics and capabilities:
1. The spindle can be freely rotated to accommodate various angles, and the spindle box can be turned 90 degrees.
2. It is powered by a DC motor and features good performance, flexible speed regulation, and a wide range of workpieces that it may be used with.
3. Comes with a foot switch that is simple to use.
4. One-button operation: simply press the welding button to start welding after commissioning is complete.
5. It features an emergency stop feature that causes it to halt the welding operation in an emergency when unique circumstances arise.
6. It can display the current running speed thanks to the welding speed display function.
